We bring the ultimate ice cream experience to you, every time. Cream poured onto a frozen pan, chopped, spread thin, and scraped into rolls in front of you. It takes two minutes and people watch every second of it.
We opened one shop on Lincoln Ave in Willow Glen in 2016. Ten years later that shop is still open, there are eight of us across the Bay Area and Sacramento, and we have been rolling at other people's events the entire time.

Every bowl is made to order in front of you. If yours isn't right, tell the barista before you leave and we'll remake it or refund it — no argument, no receipt hunting.

We hire ice cream baristas across all eight stores, plus event staff for catering weekends. No experience needed — we train you on the pans. What we look for is someone who likes talking to people while they work, because the whole job happens in front of the guest.
