Tell us when you order. We clean the pan and tools before your bowl and keep toppings separated, but everything is made on shared equipment, so let us know how sensitive you are.

Say so before you leave and we'll remake it or refund it. Every bowl is made in front of you, so there's no reason to walk out with one you don't want.

Yes. Up to 25 dry toppings from the self-serve bar and six drizzles, on every bowl, at no extra charge.

Weekdays 2–6pm — special pricing on select rolls, in store at San Jose, Cupertino, Sacramento and San Francisco. Check the app or ask in store for the current happy-hour flavors.

50 servings. Under that, ask us about drop-off delivery instead — that starts at 40.

As early as you can. Summer and December weekends fill first, and we hold your date once the quote is confirmed.

Yes. We'll flag you when about 10 servings are left; extra servings are billed after the event. Let us know 24 hours ahead if you already expect to go over.

Yes — we also offer boba catering and a popcorn machine as add-ons. Just ask and we'll include the details in your quote.

An 8 x 8 ft footprint, close to where guests will gather, with parking near the entrance for load-in.

We just need access to a nearby power outlet. If your space doesn't have one, we can supply a generator as an add-on, one per machine.

Yes, but never in direct sunlight. You'll need an overhang or a canopy (trees don't count), which we can provide as an add-on.

Yes, at no charge. We design themed menus on our digital frames — send us your event name and colors. Linens come in black, white, baby blue or baby pink.

Anywhere across the Bay Area, with transportation already included in your quote. Events beyond a 50-mile range are still welcome — they just add a travel fee, which we'll show you up front in the quote.
