Q: What is Icicles?
A: Icicles is a specialty ice cream shop that serves ice cream in custom unique flavors and rolled up right in front of you giving you a fun and unique experience.

Q: How does the process work?
A: We start by pouring a liquid base cream onto our freezing ice pans and mix in fresh ingredients. Then you wait for it to freeze and then we roll up the ice cream. After, you get to add your choice of unlimited toppings and drizzles.

Q: What happens if I have allergies?
A: Please tell the cashier if you have an allergy. We will make sure to clean our machines/utensils and change our gloves.

Q: Do you have vegan options?
A: Yes. Our fruit roll ups are vegan. We will treat it as an allergy. And yes, they still roll!

Q: Do you have gluten free flavors?
A: Our ice cream is gluten free. However, the ingredients/toppings we mix in may not be such as Graham Crackers or Oreos. Please let the cashier know of any allergies at the time you order and we can make adjustments.

Q: What are fruit roll ups?
A: Fruit roll ups are our non-dairy flavors similar to a sorbet. It is made with fruits only.

Q: Can I mix the fruit roll ups flavor with the custard base?
A: Yes, all bases are able to be mixed. Just let the cashier know when you order.

Q: What if I don’t like a certain item in my ice cream? Can I remove it or create my own?
A: Yes you can add or remove any item in your ice cream. You may also create your own by selecting our basic flavor and adding toppings and drizzles for mix ins.

Q: How much does a bowl cost?
A: The price of bowls varies per location/city and ranges between $8.25 to $9.25.

Q: What sizes do you have?
A: We currently only offer one size, but we can split it into two cups maximum for you to share with someone.

Q: What are the ingredients used to make the ice cream?
A: The ingredients we use are heavy cream, milk, sugar, and eggs.

Q: What are your most popular flavors?
A: Strawberry Fantasy, Oreo Blast, & Nutella & Chill

Q: Can we have different flavors in 1 bowl?
A: Right now we only offer one flavor per bowl.

Q: Do you sell ice cream by the tubs or in bulk?
A: No. We don’t offer ice cream in tubs or bulk.

Q: When do we add on toppings?
A: Toppings will be added on after your ice cream is rolled up and placed into the bowl.

Q: How much toppings can we add?
A: We provide unlimited toppings as long as you still have ice cream in your bowl.

Q: Do you guys cater for private events?
A: Yes we offer catering. Please visit our catering page for more details.

Q: When can we get tacos or waffle bowls?
A: Tacos or waffles can only be ordered on Tuesdays, hence ‘Taco Tuesday’.
